At Premier Pool Marketing / Naami LLC, our goal is to deliver measurable results for every pool builder we work with. This policy governs all purchases and service agreements made through premierpoolmarketing.com or directly with our team.

All Sales Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to Premier Pool Marketing / Naami LLC are non-refundable. By entering into a service agreement, you acknowledge and agree that fees paid are earned upon execution of the agreement and are not subject to refund for any reason, including early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or business changes on your end.

This policy exists because we immediately commit team resources, advertising accounts, creative assets, CRM builds, and strategic work to your account upon agreement execution. These costs are incurred regardless of how far into the engagement we are when a cancellation request is made.

Our Performance Guarantee

While payments are non-refundable, Premier Pool Marketing stands behind its work with a clear performance commitment:

We guarantee 60 qualified booked estimates delivered within 90 days from campaign launch, or we continue working at no additional charge until that target is met.

This guarantee means:

If we do not hit the agreed qualified estimate target within the 90-day window, we extend our services at zero additional cost to you until we do
You are not charged additional retainer fees during the make-good period
We implement strategy adjustments, creative refreshes, and additional optimization work at our expense
Advertising spend during the make-good period remains your responsibility, as it is billed directly by Meta, Google, and other platforms and is outside our control

Specific qualified estimate definitions, campaign launch date, territory boundaries, and make-good terms are detailed in your individual signed service agreement, which supersedes this general policy.

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover

The performance guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

Failure to follow up with leads in a timely manner (leads contacted beyond 5 minutes of submission have significantly lower conversion rates)
Failure to attend scheduled strategy calls or onboarding sessions
Unilateral changes to your offer, pricing, or service area that were not recommended by our team
Failure to provide necessary access to advertising accounts, CRM, website, or Google Business Profile
Suspension or restriction of your advertising accounts by Meta or Google due to your own business policies or violations
Market conditions or economic factors entirely outside our control
Early cancellation or voluntary termination of the agreement before the 90-day window closes

Early Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your service agreement before the end of your contracted term, you remain responsible for 50% of the remaining contracted value as a cancellation fee. This applies to all service types including paid social management, SEO, and CRM automation agreements. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Advertising Spend

All advertising platform costs (Meta ads, Google ads, and any other third-party platform costs) are billed directly by those platforms and are your sole responsibility. These costs are entirely separate from our service fees. We do not refund, cover, or have any liability for advertising spend under any circumstances.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider against a charge from Premier Pool Marketing / Naami LLC, without first exhausting our dispute resolution process below, constitutes a material breach of your service agreement. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all services, pursue collections for the full contracted amount plus fees, and take legal action to recover damages.
