5. Services and Performance Guarantee

Premier Pool Marketing offers exclusive geographic territory agreements to pool builders. Our standard performance guarantee is: 60 qualified estimates delivered within 90 days, or you do not pay. Specific guarantee terms, qualified estimate definitions, territory boundaries, and make-good provisions are detailed in your individual service agreement.

We work with only one pool builder per market area. By engaging our services, you acknowledge this exclusivity agreement. If your territory has been claimed by an existing client, we will inform you before any payment is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, strategies, scripts, ad copy, and materials provided during onboarding or service delivery, is the intellectual property of Premier Pool Marketing / Naami LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without our express written permission. Materials are licensed for your personal business use only. Sharing our proprietary strategies, systems, or creative assets with competitors or third parties is strictly prohibited.
